Support Overview
Compound Operations is a role-based residential operations app. Most data and access changes are managed by the tenant or compound operator that invited the user.
Use this page for account access, privacy, security, app review, and operational support guidance.
Account Access
If you cannot sign in:
- Confirm your username with your tenant admin or compound manager.
- Confirm you are using the current invitation or administrator-created account.
- Ask the tenant admin to verify your assigned tenant, compound, unit, and role.
Do not send passwords, invite tokens, QR codes, resident IDs, or private screenshots in support messages.
Tenant And Compound Data
Contact your tenant or compound operator first for missing or incorrect unit assignments, resident details, operator details, role changes, billing or installment records, maintenance task assignment, visitor pass access, gate scan questions, tenant branding, and compound setup questions.
Account Deletion And Data Requests
To request account deletion or data correction, contact your tenant operator or the app support contact. Include your username, tenant name, compound name, role or unit if relevant, and a concise description of the request.
Some records may need to be retained where required for compound administration, support, audit, or legal obligations.
Security Reports
Report suspected unauthorized account access, leaked invite codes, leaked visitor QR passes, incorrect role access, or lost staff/security devices immediately.
Review And Demo Support
App Store and Google Play reviewers should use the demo credentials and review notes entered in the store console fields. Do not use credentials committed to the repository.
